so there’s this conundrum I have.

when I’m around my boyfriend, I’m fine, like I know for sure he likes me. and I really like him… pretty much love, actually. it’s all great and happy.

then when I’m not around him, I’m like “he’s gonna break up with me cause who would like me this crazy bipolar girl who would choose me, he’s gonna find someone prettier like oh I don’t know - her - and then I’ll fall apart and try to die again or something”

am I fucked up or what.

it’s what my psych calls a “deficiency” complex - I think I’m not worth attention/time/love so I basically wait for the inevitable to happen: that he’ll leave me, because I’m not good enough.

which is bullshit.
